Presentazione del corso/Course presentation:

L’art. 37 del D. Lgs. 81/08 prevede che il Datore di lavoro provveda alla formazione di tutti i suoi lavoratori, secondo i contenuti and la durata previsti dall’Accordo Stato Regioni del 21/12/2011.
In particolare, l’accordo prevede che la Formazione sulla Sicurezza dei Lavoratori abbia durata variabile in funzione del settore di appartenenza dell’azienda and sia composta da un modulo di carattere “generale” and un modulo di carattere “specifico”. Per tutti i settori la formazione “generale” ha durata di 4 ore e può essere effettuata in modalità E-learning.
Il presente corso in E-learning in lingua inglese, preparato da Vega Formazione, risponde alla necessità formativa prevista per il modulo di carattere “generale”. Per completare il percorso formativo previsto dall’Accordo Stato Regioni sancito il 21/12/2011, tutti i lavoratori necessiteranno di una formazione aggiuntiva, ad integrazione di questo Corso di Formazione Online in E-Learning, specifica and declinata in funzione dei rischi and delle mansioni svolte in azienda.

Section 37 of LD 81/08 requires employers to provide training for all their workers, in accordance with the contents and duration laid down in the Agreement between State and Regions of December 12, 2011.
In particular, the agreement requires a variable duration for Training of Workers on Safety, depending on the sector to which the company belongs to, while still providing a “general” and a “specific” module. For all ATECO sectors, “general” training lasts 4 hours and can be carried out in E-Learning mode.
In order to complete the training course in accordance with the Agreement between State and Regions of 21/12/2011, all workers will need additional training, in addition to this E-Learning Online Training Course, specific and tailored to the risks that are present and the tasks performed within the company.

Obiettivi/Goals:

Fornire gli elementi formativi di carattere generale a tutti i lavoratori, con particolare riguardo agli aspetti relativi ai concetti di rischio and organizzazione della prevenzione in azienda, in conformità alle richieste dell’art. 37 del D. Lgs. 81/08 and dell’Accordo Stato Regioni sulla Sicurezza dei Lavoratori del 21/12/11.

Provide general training elements to all workers, with particular regard to aspects relating to the concepts of risk and the organisation of prevention in the company, in accordance with the requirements of s. 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the Agreement between State and Regions on the Safety of Workers of December 12, 2011.

Verifica dell’apprendimento/Learning test:

Dopo aver completato la visione di tutti i moduli del corso on line in E-Learning si accede al test di valutazione finale strutturato con domande a risposta multipla. Per superarlo, è necessario rispondere correttamente ad almeno il 70% delle domande, in caso contrario è obbligatorio rivedere i moduli in cui si trattano le domande alle quali sono state date risposte errate and quindi effettuare nuovamente il test finale. Ogni volta che si effettua il test finale le domande sono diverse in quanto estratte casualmente dall’archivio.

After completing all modules of the E-Learning online course, the participant can access the final test, which is composed of multiple-choice questions. In order to pass the test, at least 70% of the questions must be answered correctly, otherwise participants will be required to review the modules dealing with the questions they answered incorrectly before taking the final test again. Each time the final test is taken, the questions that have to be answered are different because they are randomly extracted from our archive.

After completing all the modules of the E-Learning course Safety Workers’ General Training E-Learning, it will be possible to download the certificate of attendance and the Training Event Document (with the Italian acronym of DAF, that is “Documento di Avvenuta Formazione”), issued and customised.

Il docente del corso e-learning di “Formazione sicurezza parte Generale per Lavoratori in Inglese”, qualificato come formatore sulla sicurezza del lavoro ai sensi del D.I. 6/3/2013, è l’Ing. Maurizio Barbiero, laureato in ingegneria della sicurezza con il massimo dei voti. Svolge attività di consulente and docente in materia di salute and sicurezza del lavoro. Si occupa della progettazione and dello sviluppo del materiale didattico per le attività formative sia in aula che in videoconferenza che in e-learning.

The teacher of the E-Learning course “Safety Workers’ General Training E-Learning” is Mr. Maurizio Barbiero, Engineer, qualified as a trainer on safety at work according to the Interministerial Decree of March 6, 2013 and graduated in Safety Engineering with full marks. He is a consultant and teacher in occupational health and safety and is also responsible for the design design and development of teaching materials for training activities both in the classroom and in videoconferencing and E-Learning.
